This notice covers Highmark Labs LLC’s public company website, not future software products or a customer portal.
Browsing this site
Our published site code contains no advertising trackers, analytics scripts or account login, and sets no cookies or browser-storage entries. Hosting and network providers process technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs and request times to deliver and protect the site. Their infrastructure logs are separate from the website code.
Website assessment requests
Report-card lookups download a public index of reviewed summaries from this site; the typed URL is matched in your browser, not submitted or scanned by lookup. These summaries are public, not private account reports. If you request a free assessment, Netlify processes your website URL and authorization for assessment and publication, along with technical and anti-spam information. No email address is collected for assessments and no email report is sent. Highmark Labs manually reviews requests, runs local mobile and desktop Lighthouse lab tests where suitable, and publishes only explicitly approved, non-confidential summaries. Raw scan files and intake records are not published. Return to the Websites page and enter the same address after review and publication to see the card. This is not a Google API scan or an instant service. Running Lighthouse requests the submitted page and its public resources, which may involve the website’s own service providers. We do not bypass logins or protections. Requests do not subscribe you to marketing and do not guarantee an assessment or a response time. Never include passwords, tokens or sensitive information. Browser-side validation is not a security guarantee; requests are reviewed before any scan. The grade is our rubric, not a Google grade, search ranking, real-user Core Web Vitals assessment or accessibility certification.

Email links open your email service. If you contact info@highmarklabsllc.com, we receive the address and information you choose to send. We use that information to respond and handle the inquiry. Fastmail processes company email; please do not send passwords, payment-card details or private customer records.
Records and questions
Assessment submissions, reports and inquiry correspondence are retained as needed to handle the request, related business records and applicable obligations. Ask about access, correction or deletion by emailing info@highmarklabsllc.com. Requests are subject to verification and applicable retention requirements. This site does not accept payments or customer registrations.
Hosting configuration, provider terms and this notice must be reviewed when the site’s data handling changes.
